Lotus Village Nha Trang

Had such a lovely trip, with lots of fun experiences. It’s close to the center and the beach, but still feels like a comfortable break from everyday life. I’d recommend it for trips with family or friends.

I’ve stayed here three times before and never had an experience this bad. The receptionist, or room manager since it’s a condo, acted unprofessionally and seemed to look down on customers. She saw that the woman cleaning the room had left without cleaning it. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, she seemed to turn it into an argument. If I run into that cleaner again next time, I’ll make a complaint.

The location and price are okay, but I still wouldn’t come back or recommend it to friends. Traveling depends a lot on good service and a good attitude for me, and the receptionist, who they call the room manager at this condotel, was unprofessional. She acted superior and seemed to look down on customers. If I have to deal with someone like that again, it’ll make the trip awful.

The room we booked had a beautiful ocean view, and both sunrise and sunset were unforgettable. The room was impeccably clean and had the amenities we needed. I stayed with a friend and was very impressed with the service. The building is right on Tran Phu street, NhaTrang’s main road, across from the beach and near the center, restaurants, and markets. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel/condotel for either a short or long stay, and would definitely stay again if we visit Viet Nam.
