They asked me to leave a good review for the sea-view room. The rooms are old, and the hotel is practically empty. It's overpriced, the rooftop is poor, and they don't even have a proper menu. Coffee costs 120k. What a joke. Stay away.

We booked three rooms, and every one had a tiny window and smelled awful. The hotel's website photos look completely different. They kept us waiting more than 45 minutes when we asked to switch rooms, then refused a refund and kept our money. We left and found a cheaper hotel that was better in every way. This is the worst hotel in Nha Trang. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rules here made for a terrible stay. After booking a room, guests can bring friends upstairs, but for some ridiculous reason our friends weren't allowed up. This hotel is really bad.

We found the location really convenient, with the beach, restaurants, spas, minimarts, and shopping plazas all a short walk away. It still felt peaceful, and the rooftop pool was clean and refreshing, with wide views over the city and toward the sea. We enjoyed the sunset there, then relaxed among the palms and comfortable seats in the rooftop lounge. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The curved window looked out over the city and was a lovely place to sit with morning tea, while the balcony gave us a glimpse of Nha Trang's lively pace. The lobby, lit by chandeliers, made a warm and professional first impression. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit, juices, and both local and Western food. The restaurant was stylish, bright, and roomy. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make the room special for our trip, and we appreciated those thoughtful touches. We had a memorable stay at Sandals Island Hotel and would gladly return or recommend it.

The hotel was terrible, with cigarette smoke and smell everywhere. The worst moment came when a guest smoking in their room set off the fire alarm. There was only a junior receptionist and a technician, and the technician couldn't control the system. They would lie to you about it, too. I had a horrible stay and don't want you to have one. Hotels like this deserve low ratings so they either improve or disappear.
