The bedding was unclean, the bathroom walls had mould, and the fridge looked like it belonged on a rubbish tip. They say it's near the centre, but it takes a good 25 minutes to walk there. They didn't have the room I'd booked and tried charging me the higher rate for a substandard one. I booked three nights but left after one, and they did refund the two extra days I'd paid for.

I booked a three-bed room online and paid, but when I arrived they said they only had a two-bedroom room. They never returned the price difference, so I ended up paying extra for the smaller room. At checkout they also tried to charge me for a towel that was already dirty when I got there. I'd give this place zero if I could. Don't stay here, go somewhere else.

There was nothing positive about this place. The staff were very unfriendly, the service was bad, and nobody spoke English. They charged nearly double the nightly rate for early check-in. There was no hot water, and the commission was too high for a very bad bus. Worst experience in Southeast Asia.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the price was cheap. There's also an elevator if you'd rather not take the stairs.
