The room was roomy and cozy, and the place was easy to find. Everyone on staff was genuinely friendly and supportive. It felt well worth the price, and we’ll definitely return!

I keep coming back to this hotel, largely because of Huong. She greets me so warmly and is always ready to sort out any issue, whether I need help with a bus, water park, taxi, or motorbike. She always finds an available room for me, and things have been resolved well every time. In three years, I haven’t had a bad experience. I’m so glad I know Huong. Thanks, and I’ll definitely come see you again 😊

We didn’t stay in the rooms, so I can’t comment on them. We went there for the services, as Lonely Planet recommended them, and booked a snorkelling day trip and our onward bus through the hotel. Everything ran smoothly and they were very efficient. It’s one of the few places where we could speak in English, and they kept us updated on WhatsApp. I can’t rate them highly enough and thoroughly recommend their services.

The woman at reception found the passport I’d forgotten to pack just as I was about to leave for the airport. Thanks so much again! They also arranged an airport car at a reasonable price. I only stayed for a night before my flight and wish I’d had longer. Nice staff, good conditions, great location, and good value for money.

I stayed from April 27 to May 1. The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the price was reasonable. What stood out most was the three young women at the counter. They were beautiful, enthusiastic, kind-hearted, and helped me work through a lot of problems.
