I only meant to stay one night during a layover, but the service was so good that I booked a whole week. Everyone was lovely, from the front desk and buffet teams to housekeeping. I can't remember all their names, but I want to thank the whole team again for being so kind and welcoming throughout my stay. The night staff helped me sort out an Agoda issue, and the ladies at the front desk helped me a lot too. One of the pool staff even went out of their way to suggest a nice bikini shop nearby. The hotel is brand new, super clean, modern, and high tech. You can use “Xiao du,” which is like Alexa, to control the lights and open or close the curtains by voice. The restaurant is open to the public and the food is great. Both the buffet and room service were wonderful. ❤️

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful time in Nha Trang. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
