The balcony has no safety barrier for children, which makes it dangerous for a small child, so you have to keep them away from it. My room did have a balcony, and the price was good. It’s near a market, with a lift in the building, and the beach is about 1 km away, roughly 20,000 VND by taxi. On arrival the room wasn’t very clean. The man at the front desk knew only a little English, so I couldn’t get any information from him.
