I spent a whole year living here, and the hosts were friendly and helped me with everything. The apartment is huge and fairly quiet. There's a little market right outside with fruit and baked goods, plus a bigger market within walking distance. The beach is 15 minutes away. For the price, these apartments are like a Xiaomi phone, really good value. P.S. I broke the stove in the review next to mine. Well, the little Vietnamese woman I lived with broke it, but I'm still embarrassed that other people gave this place one star.

We rented a room here for a month. We had agreed on one after viewing it, but when we arrived they gave us a different room. The TV was already broken when we reported it, and they didn't fix it. The induction cooktop was damaged, with a cracked surface that seemed like it could cause an electrical leak; we reported that too, but nothing was done. There was no contract. When it was time to pay, the owner demanded another 1 million dong because children, grandchildren, and other family members had visited and supposedly used the elevator, then charged us that extra amount for elevator costs. It made no sense. The apartment was awful, and so was the owner's behavior. They said, “This is a bad deal.”
