We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with a stunning oceanfront view, and the room was decorated for our special occasion with rose petals and swans on the bed, traditional and modern sweets, and a beautiful flower arrangement. Jane and Michelle’s attention to detail made it feel special. My husband and I came to Nha Trang to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and I was swept away all over again. We arrived early hoping to check in, and as soon as the front desk saw our reservation, they invited us to the club lounge on 25F. Mike looked after us through the whole five-night stay. During happy hour, Alan and Jolie took such good care of us, arranging special food for the boys and fruit and drinks for my husband and me. A family vacation also meant I needed a quiet escape sometimes. I’d go to the infinity pool on 6F or the club lounge balcony, where Celia or Kathy would have my coffee ready and find me a quiet spot to rest and recharge before exploring more.

We keep coming back for the service and the experience. The rooms were comfortable, with a balcony overlooking an amazing sea view. Van (Wendy) looked after us at the Feast breakfast buffet and was so friendly and attentive. 10/10, would recommend!

The staff’s warmth and attention to detail made our time in Nha Trang unforgettable. Trang Phan greeted us at the front desk, and we even went for lunch with her on her day off. Van, Mike, and Celia Chou were incredibly helpful, genuine, kind, and caring. I miss their hospitality. Steam & Spice served us a beautiful lunch and is a must-visit restaurant inside the building. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like royalty. Truly five-star service that sets the Sheraton Hotel & Spa apart. Thanks again for taking such good care of us. See you again soon.

The staff made this stay truly memorable. They got to know us, chatted about our trip, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat in the city. Ana and Jane were awesome, as were the lounge attendants. They went above and beyond by preparing special vegetarian dishes throughout our stay and packing a 6 a.m. breakfast bag with all our favorite foods. Absolutely perfect stay, and the best hotel staff I’ve experienced.

The one real comfort problem was the noise in the executive suite bedroom. The balcony door seemed to be single-pane and poorly insulated, so a lot of street noise came through at night and made it hard to sleep, even with good earplugs. Otherwise, we had a very good stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang. It’s well located, with modern, well-maintained facilities, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. The public spaces, dining options, and service all met what I’d expect from a Sheraton.
