The location is good, prices are competitive, and the rooms are comfortable enough. Service was pretty good overall. I was woken up several times by neighbors or chatty housekeeping staff. I also asked for a simple courtesy call in Vietnamese to ask about buses for my departure. The receptionist refused and sent me to a nearby travel guide, who wasn't keen to help and directed me to a bus office 3 km away. The office only gave me the phone number the receptionist could have provided. A two-minute call turned into a two-hour errand.

The sea view from our window was the best part of the stay, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We booked only an hour before arriving, so finding such a modern, spotless room with lots of space and even a bathtub was a lovely surprise. We'd happily come back.

It's handy for the beach and the main restaurants and coffee shops, but the room was small and very dirty. The towels smelled of sweat, and hygiene overall needs a lot of work. During the day, noise from a nearby factory and its electric generator was extremely loud.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I liked the location. My sea-view room was clean, and the view was decent. The trouble was room service: since I tend to wake up around noon, I couldn't get it in the afternoon. It came noisily early in the morning, disturbed my sleep, then didn't return. The sound insulation was poor too. Apart from that, it's a place you can stay.
