Even during their Tet holiday, service stayed tip top for all five days. The staff were always warm and polite. On our last day, our arranged transfer was cancelled, and the reception team called several companies to confirm a new one. They also let us leave our bags there and enjoy an extra day by the pool. Nothing was too much trouble. Incredible experience from day one, can’t recommend it more.

I didn’t stay even one night because there was no hot water in my suite, so I told them I’d be checking out early. They still charged the full booking duration. I also lost my passport, which the hotel knew about, and spent all day and half the night searching before finding out it was in the taxi. Apparently, the driver tried to return it last night, but reception said nobody with that name was there. Keep away from this circus.

We stay here every time we visit Nha Trang. It’s a great place, with clean rooms and plenty of buffet breakfast choices. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, and the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Thank you.

The location is right in the city center, which made getting around convenient. My husband and I spent two nights at TTC Nha Trang for a couple’s getaway and were very satisfied. Our spacious, clean room had a balcony with a stunning sea view that felt so relaxing. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and professional. Btw, Ms. Ngoc My was so kind and patient 🥰

We had a great family trip to Nha Trang and really enjoyed our stay at TTC hotel. Everything was perfect, especially receptionist Thuy Tien. Highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely come back.
