Chau was incredibly responsive, usually replying within seconds, and so sweet. When our visa was delayed, she was ready to help, and she let us leave our luggage at her place while we went on a cruise. Thank you, Chau! Lubi House is spacious, affordable, and super central, right across from a beautiful coffee house called 8hrs. It also has a laundry/washer and a kitchen room. Every detail felt lovely, cozy, and modern, from the bathroom flowers and the mural outside the laundry room to the carefully designed lobby. We even heard live piano in the restroom, coming from the restaurant nearby. If I return to Hà Nội, this is absolutely where I'd stay.

A few days before we arrived, the owner sent all the information we needed and helped with anything that came up during our stay. Her English was very good. It was nice to meet her, though you could easily stay without meeting anyone if that's what you prefer. The room was huge, with an unremarkable view of an alley. Early check-in and storing our bags were both easy to arrange. Lubi House is walkable from the city center but still pretty quiet. The only small drawback was that most nearby restaurants were fine dining with high prices. Cheaper places were just a 10-minute walk away. A real gem of a homestay in Hanoi, and we'd definitely book again.

Chow was a fantastic person and a great help. When our visa was delayed, she offered help without hesitation, and she let us leave our luggage at her place while we went on a cruise. Thanks, Chow. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay at Lubi House. It's in a good location, and the kitchenette has a hob, utensils, and a fridge. Overall, a pleasant experience.

It's easy to explore Hanoi on foot from here. We walked about 28k steps in a day at most. The location is perfect for visiting the old quarter, and the place is clean and spacious. The host was very helpful and arranged an airport pickup. Self-check-in was easy, which was useful when we arrived late and didn't want to disturb the hosts. The main drawback is noise. The windows could use refurbishing. It's not on the main road, so it isn't very noisy, but if you need absolute quiet to sleep, this isn't the place for you.

The lift is a real plus for me, and it’s hard to find a Hanoi place that combines one with easy access, a good location, and a nice room. Lubi House has all of that. I stay here whenever I’m in Hanoi. Chau is a thoughtful host who works to make each visit comfortable. The room is roomy and cozy, with everything I need, and check-in and checkout are simple. The city center is an easy walk away.
