Breakfast had healthy choices and a good range of options to suit different tastes, and there’s an indoor pool as well. The welcome and check-in at reception were smooth and hassle-free. Our room was noticeably bigger than a typical Hanoi room, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The location is convenient for exploring, not far from the Old Quarter, while still letting us enjoy a peaceful stay. Great value. We’d happily come back.

We stayed six nights and really enjoyed the apartment style setup. The room had modern appliances and was well equipped. I didn't use the gym or other amenities, though they looked nice and seemed good value. The staff were all smiles, professional, and always ready to help. They deserve recognition. The Old Quarter is around 15-25 minutes away depending on traffic, so keep that in mind. Personally, I didn't mind the distance.

The spa, gym, and pool were very clean and high standard. There are tasty food options and cafes along the water, too. The location is handy for the old quarter, about 10-15 minutes by scooter. The rooms were comfortable, with a washer dryer that worked well. Everyone was lovely and helpful, and the cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. They were friendly as well, and I learned a little Vietnamese from them each day. I'd recommend this place if you need a break during a long holiday or want to explore Hanoi.

There's not much to do nearby, and I wouldn't choose this as a main base for visiting Hanoi or the Old Quarter. Still, you can play pickleball tennis right beside the hotel, and the staff kindly arranged it for us. We also had a pretty bad smell on the third floor that came into our room during the stay. It's a good place for a reset night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we got a complimentary room upgrade. The amenities are great, with a washer/dryer, kitchen, a great pool, and a decent gym.
