We were satisfied with our stay. The room was lovely, with a great view of the ocean and pool, though the pillowcases and sheets smelled a bit like damp clothes. Maybe it was the humidity, but they didn't seem fully dry. Huynh Tam at the Lobby Bar made our drinks just how we liked them. Exchanging money at the Lobby was convenient, although we had to wait until 3 pm. The beach had beautiful powdery sand, but needed regular upkeep because there was some rubbish and cigarette butts. It would be nice to have food and drink service by the pool and beach, so guests don't have to fetch their own. The hotel could also consider keeping children out of the infinity and massage pools, as they were loud and rowdy. The jetski was overpriced at $60 usd for 30 min.

The location is great, and the facilities are decent, if dated. We saw a cockroach in one room twice, even though we were on the 9th floor. Breakfast had a range of food, but it felt limited and repetitive. There were only 3-4 kinds of fruit, the same every day. In Vietnam, VinPearl could surely offer more, even three types of dragon fruit. There was no jackfruit, despite it growing outside, and no berries. We often had trouble getting a coffee cup. In my experience at a real 5-star hotel, staff greet you, offer indoor or outdoor seating, ask what coffee, water or tea you want, and bring it promptly while you look through the buffet. Here there seemed to be maybe 5 staff for 70 tables, so they could barely keep up with clearing plates, let alone offer that kind of service.

The resort was beautiful, the rooms were great with nice views, and the food was decent. I loved the cheesecake. Staff were pretty friendly, though they could use a little more training and smile more. The one disappointing part was how many rude Russian people there were. Still, I recommend checking this resort out at least once.

Great beach, sea, views and hotel, and a good stay all round. You barely have to walk, just hop on the buggy, haha, so no cardio. The villa toilet felt like something from the future. The waffle at the morning buffet was pretty fya, and the jackfruits were great. Bomboclat and move on❤️

The location makes it easy to walk to lots of attractions, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. I'll definitely come back!
