The checkout left a very bad impression. We were accused of taking bottled water from the reception fridge and asked to pay, with empty bottles in our trash bin presented as the only “evidence.” That accusatory, unprofessional approach is inappropriate for a hotel. At first the room seemed decent: it was clean, the bathroom worked properly, and the bedsheets were clean, which regrettably isn’t always the standard in Vietnam. But breakfast was poor, and food wasn’t replenished when it ran out. Even arriving an hour before breakfast ended could mean finding nothing. The careless service and unpleasant checkout made this a disappointing stay that I can’t recommend.

Not far from the center, and it wasn’t crowded. The rooms were clean and quiet, with an amazing view. Prices with breakfast were good.

We booked an ocean view room, and the view was very good in the morning. Breakfast buffet was included with the room. Reasonable price.

The 11th floor is right below the kitchen and dining room, which have wood floors. At 6am I was woken by kitchen noise and chairs scraping across the floor. I tried to get more rest on my last morning, but construction started at 9am and woke me up again. Do the damn construction after people check out!
