The location is great, and I was very satisfied with the lovely room. A special thanks to Ms. Tôi tên Thiện for looking after me. I left my phone at the hotel, and she kindly sent it back. Thank you so much.

The room looked fine in the Agoda app photos, but it was awful in person. The hotel was old and worn, the floor was dirty, and the cleaning staff hadn't cleaned the room. There was no shower gel, hand soap, or hairdryer, and the reception staff weren't welcoming. When I asked to change rooms, they said Agoda had uploaded the room pictures itself rather than the hotel.

I left my wallet in the hotel room. There was 1 million VND in cash in its small compartment, but when I got the wallet back, the 1 million VND was gone.
