Grand Luxury Hotel Ninh Chu

The restaurant staff went out of their way to make us special congee when my partner felt unwell after the weather changed and food at other restaurants. That care really stood out. From the greeter and receptionist to the restaurant staff, everyone treated guests professionally and with great regard. I travel around the world for business, and this was my first experience of service and care that felt like 10*. The food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable. Our business meeting changed, so we had to leave earlier than booked, but I’d definitely recommend Grand Luxury Hotel to my company’s travel department and business contacts. Thank you to the staff.

Breakfast changed on my second morning, from the included buffet to à la carte, and nobody let me know ahead of time. Waiting longer than expected meant I had to rush for my taxi. Some communication problems also nearly made me miss that taxi. Another morning, the cleaning staff vacuuming next door woke me shortly after 7 a.m., which wasn’t ideal. I’d expected a full five-star experience because the hotel is spotless, feels brand new, and has really nice staff. It’s still a solid stay, and those small details could be improved.

The restaurant food was delicious, and I found the rooms comfortable. There’s also a great gym and pool. The staff were incredibly polite, and every detail seemed carefully thought through. I had the best experience at Grand Luxury Hotel and highly recommend it to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly, and it was a great place to stay. Thanks!
