The area feels newly built and a bit soulless, with not much nearby, so it worked for a night. The room was a large corner one, very clean, though the bathroom was tiny. The balcony was lovely, and road noise was there but manageable at night. Staff were efficient, indoor motorcycle parking was provided, and the price was good.

The cockroaches were the big problem. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and new, and the staff were nice. The bathroom was okay, though a little dated. Breakfast costs extra at the cafe, and the food wasn't very good.

We paid 350k dong for a double room with a balcony. The hotel is new, and the room was clean. Staff and owners were friendly, and having a coffee shop downstairs made it easy to get a drink or two. Breakfast was inexpensive, about 1 or 2 usd. It's around a 10-minute walk to the beach, or a 7-10 minute motorbike ride into the city. We'll come back next time.

The smoothies were especially good, and the staff were friendly. It's a clean hotel with fair prices. Street noise starts quite early, though, so it may be an issue if you're a light sleeper.
