It was well worth the price: the room was tidy, clean, and had good equipment. The only hassle was having no elevator, which made handling lots of suitcases inconvenient.

The reception staff were enthusiastic, and the hotel was close to Ninh Thuan night market, restaurants, and cafes. It’s also not far from the main roads in central Phan Rang. My room was new, clean, simple but elegant, and a good size. It was fairly quiet, with strong water pressure and plenty of soap, though the tap was broken.

The shower water was terribly cold, with no hot water at all. The room wasn't soundproof either, so I could hear everything from next door, including the toilet and running water. To get to the third floor for the key, I had to take the stairs because there's no elevator. I booked two rooms on Booking.com, where the choices were one double bed or two singles. At check-in they said they didn't have a twin room, and that it would cost 350 instead of 270 to upgrade to one. I agreed. The hotel is on the main road, but for tourism this was terrible. It might only suit people using the express train across the road.

The price is very reasonable, and the hotel is clean and right in the city center, so getting around is convenient. Reception staff are enthusiastic and available around the clock.
