Xuan Quang Hotel

Be careful if you stay here. I asked about a room last night and was quoted 200k. I stayed for two nights and asked for a discount, then paid in advance because I was too lazy to go home that night. When it came time to settle up, they asked for double. They kept making excuses and blaming others, saying people should have known better. It felt like a complete scam.

Take note, the receptionist was arrogant and showed customers no respect!!

They quoted 60k an hour, then billed 200k, saying it was because it was nighttime :). The room didn't even have enough to cover the mattress, and the bathroom was cleaner than the bed.

This was a REALLY BAD experience. The hotel was DISHONEST and TRICKED customers. The room was VERY DIRTY, the air conditioner and equipment were VERY OLD and didn't work, and reception was slippery and rude. They said I had to cancel my booking in the app before they'd let me see the room. Once I saw it, I left right away because it didn't look like the one in the app. Canceling cost me money, and they kept me there asking why and making things difficult. The price was NOT CHEAP and NOT WORTH IT. Avoid this place.
