I might consider it with a good discount, but the place is totally isolated and it was windy the whole time we were there. The nearby shops and restaurants are very basic, with little to offer. Although the apartments are said to have equipped kitchens, there was nothing to cook with or eat with. My balcony was covered in cigarette butts, and nobody came to clean it even after I asked. The included breakfast was terrible, and the stay fell far short of what I expected. I wouldn't return.

Check-in took forever because the staff were unprofessional, and parking was incredibly time-consuming. The place was crowded, the gym was awful, and the rooms were cramped and smelled really bad, especially of fish. The toilets were filthy too, with feces stuck in the trash cans. I'd rather stay at a 3-star hotel.

The hotel itself was just okay, but the staff were very rude. I booked a three-day anniversary trip, June 20 to June 22, and things were fine until we tried to use the pool on June 21. The booking app listed a swimming pool as a facility, but nobody at check-in told me it required a separate ticket or explained the swimwear rules. Women had to wear a one-piece, two-piece, or bikini, and men had to be shirtless. I only learned any of this after going down with a towel and wearing an ordinary T-shirt and sweatpants. I was going to buy a 65k coconut and sit by the pool. A pool staff member checked with me, and that's when I found out a ticket was needed. I was a bit upset that check-in hadn't mentioned it, but I was still willing to pay. The pool staff had only said I couldn't wear jeans in the pool, not that the required clothing was a swimsuit. I went back upstairs and messaged the check-in staff to ask about the dress rules. They said they didn't know. Then I went to building R to buy a ticket. They asked for my room card and ID. I found the ID request annoying, and I hadn't brought mine because I was just going swimming. They said payment had to be by bank transfer, but who takes their phone swimming? I offered 500k in cash, but they said they had no change, even though the ticket cost 130k. They called a big hotel and still couldn't make change. I was annoyed, but went back to my room in building D for my phone so I could transfer the money. Building D was crowded that afternoon and there were no staff directing people. Everyone just waited and pressed the elevator buttons themselves, so the area felt like a market. By the time I got downstairs again, 30 minutes had passed. When I bought the ticket, nobody told me I needed a swimsuit, even though I was visibly wearing a regular shirt and sweatpants and carrying a towel. At the pool, after I showed my ticket, a staff member bluntly told me women needed a one-piece, two-piece, or bikini and men had to go shirtless. I was furious. I went back to the ticket counter, where a staff member turned to me and said, “DID YOU NOT SEE THE BOARD??” The attitude was awful. I keep wondering whether a young person walking down to the pool would even see a sign unless it was right in the middle of the entrance. What about parents or elderly family members visiting? I packed up and checked out that afternoon. Some people may think I'm exaggerating, but try putting yourself in my position. The swimsuit rule was especially unreasonable. I've stayed in other places costing tens of millions a night and never heard of a one-piece or two-piece requirement. If there had been such a rule, staff should have explained it in advance. Instead, nobody told me and I was treated rudely. Families planning a vacation should reconsider. It's noisy, and there aren't staff around to guide you unless you ask, or sometimes they only come out to remind you after you've tried to do things yourself. Maybe guests who didn't book the highest-limit room don't get staff to look after them. The hotel is also far from restaurants. On June 20, I traveled more than 60km round trip just to eat. If the hotel sees this, please offer a solution for the way I was treated and for taking care of your guests.

The room had many essential items, but the sea view was only a small corner, despite what the listing said. On the morning of the 3rd, we said goodbye to the Happy House rental service at room M0302 in APEC Mandala Cham Bay, Mui Ne. The service from Happy House was unprofessional. The app showed breakfast included, but the manager called it an app error, which didn't make sense since they had uploaded the listing themselves.

The room itself was nice and new, with a good view, and I had no complaint about it. The service was another matter. I booked SG happy house for two days and had to call three or four times before they let me get a room. The next afternoon I called to ask about cleaning, and they asked why I hadn't checked out yet. Nobody cleaned the room that day, even after I called. On Monday morning, the power went out while I was sleeping. The service told me the apartment owner hadn't paid, so the electricity had been cut. It came back after 30 minutes. I went on Saturday and saw lots of groups. I walked around twice but couldn't find parking and had to leave the car on the street. It took nearly two hours to get a room. That's understandable given the resort's small parking lot and the main lot being far away. There are three small swimming pools. The walking paths between areas are long, but there is an elevator and electric cars run continuously. You can help yourself to cool water at check-in. The resort has several entertainment areas, including live singing, done, and a party pool. I wouldn't swim at the beach: it was very dirty, full of garbage, with wastewater running straight into the sea. The apartments are sold to individual owners, which seems connected to the service issues. The room was good, but better service would make the place much better.
