The location was good, with lots of services nearby, and the car parking was well arranged. I had a wonderful three-day stay there with my kids. The place was nicely decorated and felt warm and homey.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped me check in early. The hotel is near a riverside street food area and lots of shops selling local dishes. I paid 650,000 for a double room and had a great night in this centrally located Phu Yen hotel. Its rustic, vintage design, views outside, reception area, and all the little decorative corners made it feel comfortable throughout my stay.

I liked the house’s new build, attractive decor, and all the light. My room had plenty of space, natural light, and a balcony. The toilet is outside the room and shared, but that didn’t bother me. There are a few trendy cafes nearby, plus lots of street food stalls within walking distance. I’d recommend it.

The staff were delightful. They speak very little English, but Google Translate made that easy to manage. My room had air conditioning and a fan; the foyer had no air conditioning, though it stayed cool and shaded thanks to the through-breezes. The building has a charming old-style look, large rooms, and simple, elegant timber details. It’s a quiet, lovely little place tucked away in a shaded lane. A few doors down, there’s an amazing coffee shop with a koi pool full of fish the size of torpedoes. And I paid about 30 AUD a night.
