Hot water was plentiful, but I wouldn't stay here again. The place had no atmosphere, and it reminded me of some remote, abandoned military outpost. At twice the Hilton's price, it was absolutely not worth it. I didn't dare try the breakfast buffet. The first room was awful, so I moved to one that was a bit better, though there was a huge cockroach in the shower. Stains were everywhere and nothing seemed maintained. The bed looked older than me, and I'm no spring chicken. This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star rating.

The breakfast was amazing, and I had a great experience overall. The hotel's location puts it right in the center of the city. The room was good, though better furniture would be a nice upgrade.

The furniture has been past its best for a long time. Turning on the AC brought smoky, bad-smelling air into the room. Breakfast was ridiculous for a vegetarian: the chef made instant noodle soup with nothing in it, and even the broth wasn't vegetarian.

The reception staff weren't welcoming, and the staff seemed undertrained. The bumpy wall-to-wall carpet, leaking toilet and shower nozzles, and poorly maintained shower all need attention. This place deserves a much lower rating. I hope they improve.

This was my second stay, after my first visit 4-5 years ago, and the service and management are still among the worst I've experienced at a hotel. There was a strong smell of the sugar era everywhere, so intense that even as a smoker I couldn't stay in the room. The internet didn't work. They also charged me for drinking water, though the room sign said it was complimentary.
