The rooms were large and clean, with a modern, clean bathroom and nice outdoor areas. Staff fixed up the room and left fresh towels and toilet paper each day, which was so kind. They were genuinely lovely and never made us feel like we were bothering them. The homestay was so nice that two other groups we met ended up staying here too. It’s about 10-15 minutes from the old town centre, so it’s nicely tucked away while still being convenient. We stumbled onto this gem after a tragic experience at a local hostel, including a fire, HAHAHA. If the homestay setup or anything else puts you off, don’t worry. If I ever return to Hoi an, I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, guys!

We got warm, dedicated service from Hau at reception. The location is also handy for the city’s main attractions, while being far enough from the crowds and noise. The bedding was worn out, the pillows felt low quality, and the bed itself wasn’t comfortable. To be fair, the price reflects the overall standard of the place.

The room was clean, and the owner was very nice and attentive to lots of guest needs. It’s good value for money. Given this type of accommodation, noise from next door could be a minor concern.

The service was welcoming and very good, and they cleaned the room every day, which was a nice bonus. It’s a pleasant homestay about a 15-minute walk or five-minute cycle from the main old town. Bikes are available to rent.

A lovely host, a great location, and a wonderful homestay. I’d love to come back.
