Avenis Hotel

The rooms are modern, and the bed is huge. The hotel is a little away from the center, but we had a really nice stay. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at this price, 50k.

We had a fully prepaid reservation through Mytour and arrived on time, but they simply turned us away. The receptionist didn’t check anything or seem to care, just shrugged and said it wasn’t their problem. They didn’t offer a room, help us find another hotel, or even make a call. We were left on the street with our bags in a city we didn’t know. There was no service or responsibility, just complete disregard for guests who had trusted them and paid in advance. If you don’t want to feel humiliated and stranded, don’t book here. With a shiny logo on the wall, it still felt like a scam, not a hotel.

The room had a strong lemongrass smell, like a sauna. I arrived early but couldn’t check in until 7 pm, and they wanted to charge me extra if I stayed past noon. The service gave me the feeling they didn’t care about having a customer. There are many better quality hotels in the surrounding area for less. Never again. The outside of the hotel looks decent, but inside it felt filthy and full of pests. When we got into our room, cockroaches were crawling on the floor and walls. At night, we heard scratching and realized mice were running around in the room. We told the front desk, and they laughed it off, saying it was normal there. They offered no room change or cleaning. We couldn’t sleep all night, worried something might get into our bags or onto the bed, with the rodents making noise the whole time. Stay far away if you care about your health and peace of mind.
