I liked the old hotel feel, and there are lots of spas nearby. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. I enjoyed my 3 days here.

This is a clean, good value budget hotel, and it can save you a lot compared with the resorts along the front road and beach. The price is competitive, the staff are friendly, and you can get to the beach by walking straight down the side road. Other access is blocked by the resorts, which are overcrowded. Only minimal English is spoken. Some of the photos shown are inaccurate or placed in the wrong spot.

A great setup for remote work or a workation, with a cool coffee shop downstairs. The manager and staff are super nice and helpful. The pool is great after kitesurfing, and the kitespot is only 2 minutes away. The rooms have a few small issues, but they’re clean and the air conditioning works well.

The location was good, just a few minutes’ walk from Ham Tien beach. But the price felt high for what we got. The room was small and not very clean, and after I arrived on a rainy day it became very wet and uncomfortable.
