Green Organic Villas

The food was mediocre, and the villas are shabby and badly in need of maintenance. It looks like no money has been spent on them in years. High season prices are very expensive for this quality of accommodation. We’ve stayed in much nicer places in Vietnam for about a third of the cost, so this just wasn’t worth the money. The owner said they’re going to spend money improving the facilities soon. Maybe it’ll be worth visiting after that work, but it doesn’t help guests like us who paid a lot for a substandard hotel. The website looks great, and it is on a nice big beach.

We stayed in the private villa with a pool and had an amazing time. The staff were very helpful, and the room service was great quality and inexpensive. There’s a projector, awesome speakers near the pool, and a space to chill out. I’d be happy to come back again and again when the virus eases.

The private beach was covered in trash, and the towels and pillows had a strange smell. In the room there was no tea, coffee, or sugar; staff said they were out of stock and hadn't put any in. They also served us rancid fruit. For all that, the price stayed high every time I booked. I've returned many times, but nothing has changed, especially in the rooms. They're old, not clean enough, and smelly, with no TV. Breakfast has got worse over time, with few options and items on the menu unavailable. Service was poor too. It may allow dogs, but it isn't worth the money. I won't stay or visit again.

The thing our family loves most is that the villa is pet friendly, so we don't have to leave our fluffy friend behind. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a private pool, and the pool was huge and pristine, with a sea view. The master bedroom was spacious, the bathrooms clean and roomy enough for three people to shower at once, and there was a full kitchen plus a queen-size outdoor bed where our group could relax. Breakfast was prepared in the villa. We spent the days visiting downtown Phan Thiet, the Mui Ne sand dunes, and Ke Ga lighthouse, then came back to hang out. At night it looked as beautiful as during the day. My parents have brought my sister, me, and our spouses here whenever we visit Phan Thiet, from when my sister and I were single to now that we are married to two American citizens. We have been loyal customers of Green Organic for many years, and this trip was in March 2023. Even after several years away since the start of Covid, it still felt just as hospitable and intimate as it did the first time. Don't let negative reviews put you off booking or coming back. It's in a quiet beachfront neighborhood between Phan Thiet city and Ke Ga cape, an area that hasn't been developed for tourists and is free of tourist traps. It's easy to find, though the Google Maps pin is about 500m off. The right spot is opposite Veranda Beach resort. Local restaurants and the luxury shophouse complex NovaWorld are a short drive away. Booking and resort staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive. They let us check in three hours early, and the rooms had been carefully cleaned as we'd requested. Our family really enjoyed the stay. Five out of five, would recommend. They also have a one-bedroom villa for couples.
