It looks like a lovely hotel, but the service needs to improve. I found its website and called to book. The receptionist confirmed a room was available and said no deposit was needed. Two days later, since I still had no confirmation email or text, I called again to check. It turned out the room hadn't been booked, nobody knew what I was talking about, and there was no room available for those dates. They didn't apologize or say anything. I did call the same number.

There were boogers on the wall above the bed. Otherwise, the place was clean and well located between the ocean and the city center. The mattress was extremely firm, and I liked the bathroom.

The location was great and quiet. The beds had the usual firm mattresses, but the staff were accommodating and gave us extra pillows. Our room had a balcony facing the street. The area was super quiet, and we could walk around the neighborhood without worrying about getting run over while crossing the street.

I booked through Agoda and got a confirmation, then received a message saying, "Sorry, the room you booked is not available! Please cancel this booking, sorry for inconvenience!" Maybe the price was too low for the Tet holiday. Inconvenient to make only a small profit 😂😉🥳
