The buggy service was great. The cars were efficient, and the drivers so friendly that coming back after a day out felt like coming home. The family room was basic but clean and comfortable, and good value if you have your own transport to explore the Novaworld theme parks. There’s nothing around, and no activities or facilities for kids. The basic breakfast buffet and lack of kid-friendly options make it feel more like a hotel for training athletes.

Ms. Anh Vinh was especially cheerful, polite, and truly service minded. She made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The whole team was attentive, friendly, and gave excellent service. I was very impressed. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful hospitality!

The only good part of the stay was the electric cart drivers, who were friendly and helpful. The rest of the service was really disappointing. There was no welcome drink at check-in, and the lobby water dispenser was empty while staff chatted instead of refilling it. Check-in was slow, and the receptionist acted unprofessionally, scolding other people in front of guests. Everything else needs serious improvement.
