The room I had was clean, roomy, and fitted with modern amenities, and my stay was comfortable overall. My family’s rooms weren’t quite like mine, though, so it seems to depend on which one you’re given. I was there with a tour group. Some people said they heard strange noises at night, and our guide mentioned a previous group had reported something similar. I can’t say what was going on, but it left me wondering why the hotel is still used for tours. Other than that, things were fine.

The room was clean, though there were ants. They didn’t bother me, but others might feel differently. The beach is right there, just a three-minute walk away. I’d recommend the place and give it another chance.

The sheets and towels looked grimy and wrinkled, as if they’d just been folded up again after the last guest and hadn’t been washed after several uses. I’ve never had this kind of unsettling experience at a hotel or resort before. I can’t believe this is the room I just checked into. 🥶🥶🥶

I love the garden at the back leading toward the beach, and the beach itself is quiet. There’s reasonably priced food across the road. Breakfast could be better organized, though. The soup and eggs should be ready before the buffet gets too busy.

Their karaoke woke me up at 7:20 in the morning. I was staying at the resort next door and could hear it as if it were playing inside my bungalow. I can only imagine how loud it must have been for their own guests. If you want somewhere peaceful and relaxing, this probably isn’t the place. Seriously?
