Kim Ngan Thao Hotel

The older woman who owns the hotel, the one wearing glasses, was two-faced and then accused guests of being difficult. They charge for their services but don’t provide basic accommodation care. The rooms aren’t cleaned and kept hygienic each day, the bed linens don’t get changed, and when you ask for extra sheets they make excuses instead of giving them to you.

The hotel was awful. The service was poor, the staff were very rude, and the place was especially dirty. They didn’t clean the rooms daily, and even when we asked, they wouldn’t give us extra blankets.

We paid the full amount, but never heard from them again after raising our complaint. The room cost 750k and was old and dirty, with a musty smell that made it impossible to stay. The service was bad too. When we went down to check out and asked where else to go, they told us to rent somewhere else. They took the deposit quickly when we booked, but didn’t respond when we complained.

I stayed one day, then moved to another place in Mui Ne that was cheaper and had better rooms and service. This place was terrible. I forgot to take pictures, but there were two of us and the room was disappointing, more like a guesthouse room. The interior was old, and the TV seemed ancient, needed the channels tuned, and couldn’t connect to the internet. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived. They didn’t leave water in the room either. I asked the receptionist to bring some from the dispenser at the counter, but nobody brought us any.
