The host couple were lovely and helpful, and the homestay was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our room was well kept and had everything we needed. The beach is clean and safe, just a few hundred meters away on foot. They also serve local breakfast dishes at their little eatery in the morning. It was delicious and busy, and I’d say give it a try.

The rooms were spotless and the hosts were really friendly. Breakfast is available at the cafe, though there weren’t many choices; what we tried tasted good. There are dogs around the property, and they barked a lot and seemed aggressive. I’d still recommend staying here.

The place is quiet and away from the busy center, with a good location for Malibu beach if you’re kitesurfing or kiteboarding. Our room was clean and tidy, with a nice style, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It’s easy to get a bicycle here and ride around. Thanks to the Kiwi homestay team.

A real little gem. The owners are lovely and very helpful, and the price is affordable. It’s very clean, and they offer cheap food too. Just be aware that you can’t use the hot shower when it rains or there’s no sun.

We slept so well in the super-comfortable beds, and the room was spacious. The family were lovely and helped us arrange a scooter and tours. Nights were quiet apart from dogs barking now and then. 10/10! 😍
