Le Viva Mui Ne Resort

I left my jacket on the bus and asked reception if they could help. Mai Thy tracked it down and even brought it back herself on her day off. That kindness made the stay especially memorable. The resort was great, with a clean, large pool, a nice beach, and a very good breakfast.

We won’t be having dinner here again. A starter arrived after we’d finished eating, and the steak came with potatoes gratin instead of the baked potatoes we’d asked for. The outside was cooked but the inside was still frozen. We sent it back, but they only brought it again after we’d finished the steak. We ordered lamps too, then waited 30' before being told they’d been out of stock since yesterday. And the tiramisu was the hardest I’ve ever had, as you can see in the videos. For a resort like this, it was a really bad experience. Management needs to seriously check and improve the service quality. Don’t just get a 4-5 ⭐️ on paper, prove it through your service.

The staff are friendly and the service is good, but the rules for shared spaces aren’t enforced firmly enough. Tourists leave chairs in front of the ocean reserved for themselves all the time without using them. People should come and treat the place with respect.

I loved swimming in the big, pretty infinity pool by the beach. The reception area is looking very nice as it gets renovated and upgraded. Breakfast was really good too: the banh xeo was made fresh, hot and crunchy, the best I’ve had so far, and the beef noodle soup had a tasty broth with fresh herbs and lettuce. A bit more fresh fruit variety would be nice, but I was stuffed 😜😜😜😜😋😋😋😋
