The location was great, an easy walk from the city center. The room itself was dirty and had lots of ants, and the curtains didn’t fully cover the glass walls. The front desk was empty most of the time, so we had to go looking for someone to check us out and take our keys.

The owner was thoughtful and really friendly, and was flexible about early check-in and late check-out. Renting a motorbike by the half day saved me quite a bit. The homestay itself is simple, clean, pretty and very affordable. It’s on a main road, but the road isn’t busy, so it stays quiet. Getting into the city center and to popular attractions in Phan Thiet is convenient too. There’s a list of good restaurants in the room, which made it easy to pick somewhere to eat without spending ages researching. A nice thoughtful touch. If you’re arriving by bus and need somewhere to go before check-in or after check-out, Cafe Everyday is a 500 meter walk away. It’s cool and clean.

The owner is super sweet and helpful, and it was fine to leave early and come back late. The room was clean and quite okay. The location’s great too, close to the infirmary, cafes, beach and market.

LIM worked well for me since I like having a private space. It’s easy to get to and quiet, and both the room and toilet were clean. I especially liked that the beds were against the wall instead of in the middle of the room like at many other places. I’ll definitely come back 👌
