Luxury Apartment - Apec Mandala Chambay Mui Ne

The room had no WiFi or hot water during our two nights, and nobody came to fix it after I reported it. The toilet smelled really bad, and parking and shuttle arrangements were awful too. The management is trash. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to tourists visiting Mui Ne.

We had three rooms for two nights, with free cancellation, but when I had to cancel one night they kept the money and blamed booking.com. booking.com were just as useless when I asked them to help. We were there for a nearby event and had fun staying with friends. It's a strange place, in the middle of nowhere, with busloads of tourists coming and going all the time.

The place was very quiet and away from town, just what we wanted for a few laid-back days by the beach or pool. Our host Quyền was a big help with suggestions for activities, grabs, and restaurants whenever we had questions. Very nice accommodation. Bring cash, since most of the shops at the hotel only take it.

The resort has a nice beach, pools, shops nearby, and pretty views. But when we were swimming, all the elevators suddenly stopped working unless you had a special card from the homekeeper. We hadn't brought a phone to call him, so we waited 15 minutes for a stranger with a card. Nobody had warned us the elevators could be locked like that. My parents got stuck and were furious with the service. The homekeeper was also reluctant to provide basics like beach slippers, room cleaning, or fresh bath towels. Unless we called to ask directly, he kept putting them off.
