Minh Khoi Guesthouse

We came across a lovely place with clean, roomy rooms. The host was very friendly and helpful, and offered us a larger room when we arrived. It cost extra, but was worth it. The location worked well for us, right on the main strip and across from the waterfront. We like walking around and exploring, though it's a little out of the way if you want to be in the middle of everything. Still, the walk isn't too long.

The reception was so kind and personal, and I'd come back any time. The location is right in the heart of town, across the road from the sea. The rooms were clean, cozy, and super comfortable. It feels like a place where you can settle in, whether you're just passing through or living here as an expat. The staff treat guests really well, and the team keeps making improvements to the experience. Prices are very reasonable. From many of the rooms you can see the ocean from your doorstep, and the guesthouse is across the street from Mr. Crab, one of the area's best-known restaurants.

For a budget traveler wanting a private room, this is a solid choice. The place was very clean, the air-con was great, and there was a mini fridge in the room. I can't comment on how it used to be, but the two current managers or owners were great. I lost the friggen key in the ocean in my first few hours there. They gave us a replacement without any fuss and charged just 50K VND at checkout.
