The staff were kind, though no one spoke English. This hotel feels old and very local. I paid 170,000 VND to rent a motorbike for a day. Before renting it, I asked a staff member if that meant 24 hours, and she said yes. At checkout, she asked for extra motorbike rental money, explaining that “a day” didn't mean 24 hours. I told her that's why I'd asked about the rate beforehand. I'm not sure she understood, but she didn't ask for more money after that. Check the rate and get a receipt stating the terms before renting a motorbike.

Pretty nice hotel. Just be careful with drinks in the lobby fridge. It doesn't seem to work right and appears to warm the plastic instead of chilling the drinks.
