The staff were so friendly and polite, and Anna made the excursion especially fun. Her enthusiasm and care really stayed with us. We loved the open grounds, our spacious, spotless room, and that balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was comfortable too, and breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. We spent three nights here and would happily recommend the resort.

We had such a relaxing time here, and the service was excellent throughout. From the spotless, comfortable rooms to the beautiful views from this location, everything made the stay enjoyable. It’s the best hotel in Mui Ne for us, and we plan to return next year.

Anna, who helps guests at the resort, was gentle, attentive, and always willing to lend a hand. Ngoc Huy, the bellboy, brought a warm smile every day, and his kindness and upbeat energy stood out. Their professional, welcoming manner added a lot to my stay at Sunny Beach Resort & Spa in Mui Ne. The resort itself is lovely and restful, right by the beach. I’d gladly recommend it.

Sunny Beach was a wonderfully easy place to end my four weeks traveling around Vietnam before flying home. Anna made sure I felt at home from the start and had what I needed. She was quick, professional, and clear whenever we communicated. The care and helpfulness from the team were the best I experienced on the whole trip. Thanks for everything, Anna. If you want thoughtful service and a stress-free stay, I can’t recommend Sunny Beach enough.

The grounds were tidy, the pools were great, and the staff were fantastic. The resort was very clean, and breakfast is definitely worth trying. I was traveling alone, though, and it seems better suited to couples or families. My one real gripe was the weak Wi-Fi, especially in the rooms.
