We left early because the room needs a full remodel. It was dated, and there were bed bugs. My mom got bitten a lot and couldn't sleep. We also had to wait to check out: although the hotel says staff are available 24/7, nobody was at reception at 6 a.m.; someone didn't arrive until 7. I don't recommend staying here.

Everything else was okay, but breakfast wasn't good. The ham served with Banh uot tasted sour, and all the fried food was much too oily. There was construction near the dining area, which made it noisy and dirty.

The garden is large and lovely, the food is fresh and well cooked, and the service is friendly. Prices are reasonable, the rooms are okay, and the location is nice, near Red Dune. One concern: seaside hotels and restaurants in Phanthiet discharge into the sea, and the beach is road.

The rooms are spacious for the price, and the location is excellent. Breakfast isn't much to count on, but there are restaurants close by.

You get a nice view of the beach, but the property is old. Some furniture and doors are broken, and some rooms don't have a place to sit apart from the bed.
