It's worn down a bit, but clean, affordable, and right on a beach with litter. The owner is helpful and speaks English. I'd sleep here and spend the day at nearby excellent Jibes beach club. You can even skip Mui Ne altogether, it's much better here.

What a disappointment. The room and toilet were dirty, there was no drinking water, and the sanitary kit was especially inadequate. Mosquitoes were a problem too (!!!). Calling this a 'resort' is shameful; motel or mini hotel might fit better. Don't let the name raise your expectations or you'll disappoint yourself. I can't understand why some earlier reviews gave it 4 or 5 stars. Mui Ne, 17/06/2018

I spent 2 months at Suoi Nuoc. It's a really nice, quiet guest house right on the beachfront, with very clean, comfortable rooms. Everything is renewed. The owners are lovely, a happy family.
