Co Cuc Hotel - Hostel

I was unsure about booking after reading some negative reviews, since cleanliness and hygiene matter a lot to me. But the hotel was spotless when I arrived, and it was clear the place was well cared for. The bed was more comfortable than in many other hotels I stayed at in Vietnam. Staff kept my room clean during the stay, and I saw them cleaning the stairs and shared areas often. I even switched to the indoor slippers at the entrance because I couldn’t bring myself to walk inside with my outdoor ones. It’s right in the center of Phong Nha, just a 2-3 minute walk to everywhere. Breakfast was nice, and the hotel exceeded my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. You can rent a motorbike and book tours there too. I bought my bus ticket to Hanoi at the hotel, and it was cheaper than anywhere else.

I’ll remember this trip with my father. The accommodation was comfortable, the location was great, and the service was incredible. Both the room and bathroom were in excellent condition, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. 100% recommended.

Our early-morning arrival was easy because someone was waiting to meet us and check us in. The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed, and the low price made it good value. It’s on the same road as all the restaurants. We had a good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

The family are so kind and warm, and the place has a lovely homestay feel. My room had everything I needed, and it’s well located for activities. Loved staying here, would absolutely recommend.
