The hotel is clean, serves a good breakfast, and is right in the middle of town. It's about 400m. from Central Backpackers, the bus stop in Phong Nha. The hosts are incredibly helpful and can sort out local cave trips or sleeper buses between cities. Nothing seems to be a problem for them. Don't miss this spot if you're here for the awesome caves in the world.

I had a great stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and everything felt as it should. The owner was welcoming and friendly, and helped whenever I needed something. Communication was easy throughout, so the stay went smoothly. I'd gladly come back and recommend the place.

The location worked really well, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and they got my laundry back quickly. It was a good price and smelled fresh and clean. The staff were kind and very helpful, and could also give lots of information about cave trips and book them at a really good price. They even found me a night bus from Phong Nha for much less than online. My room had a comfy bed, an extra blanket, a strong fan, mini fridge, kettle, and hair dryer. It was clean, there was always hot water in the shower, and I'd definitely recommend staying here. Thank you very much!

We extended our stay at the last minute and it was no trouble. The laundry service was really useful, and breakfast was decent too. The staff were brilliant. My partner was sick, so they let him check in early to get some rest. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool and terrace area is lovely 🌟

Bong and her family looked after everything during my stay, and the hotel is very clean, right in the center of Phong Nha. The cave adventure tours they arrange ran smoothly, with pickup right at the hotel, so I'd recommend booking through her. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to do the Son Doong Cave.
