The room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, which helped us relax. The staff were welcoming when we arrived, explained everything clearly, and made check-in easy. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they were kind and ready to assist. Their genuine hospitality and warm smiles stood out. We had a great stay in Phu Quoc and would recommend the hotel.

Xuan, his Father, Mei, and the cleaning ladies were wonderful hosts. They made mine, Ellies, and my 4 year old daughter's stay comfortable. We booked one week and ended up adding three more. The double room had excellent beds and air conditioning, the location was close to everything, and the pool was nice. All the other guests we met were lovely too. 5 stars from me!

Our room still wasn’t ready when we arrived in the afternoon. Then on our last day, money was stolen from the room. I’m certain the people who cleaned it took it. The manager brushed it off, said nothing could be done, and didn’t apologize or compensate us for the loss. Stay away if you don’t want your vacation ruined.

For the price, this was a great dorm stay. It was clean and comfortable, and getting access to a swimming facility at this rate felt almost too good to be true. A good value pick for budget travelers who still want comfort. Highly recommend.

The boss of the house gave me two cans of beer, so that got this place a five-star rating from me ^^ The service was good, and the boss and staff were nice.
