The rooms matched the photos exactly: clean, comfortable, well kept, and nicely arranged, with no surprises. The hotel has a calm, welcoming feel that worked well for relaxing and for a longer stay. What made the biggest difference was the owner’s involvement and willingness to help. I know Vietnam is known for hospitality, but his attentive, friendly help went beyond what I’d expected and made the stay a real pleasure. I’d gladly recommend the place to anyone looking for comfort and genuine care, and I’ll stay here again if I return to the area.

I wish I’d known how nice this place was, because I would have booked more nights. The balcony room we got had a lovely view, and the location, rooms, and staff were all great. I think it’s a family business, which made me feel especially welcome and safe. Breakfast was so good, and the complimentary hibiscus iced tea at the nearby facility was AMAZING. They also suggested a good massage. I’d love to stay longer next time, and I definitely recommend it.

The location makes it easy to get to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. Inside, the design is gorgeous and feels carefully thought through, with a cozy boutique atmosphere that still feels elevated. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting was great. I’ve stayed at a lot of boutique hotels, and this is definitely one of the best.

The location worked perfectly for me, and the staff were kind and attentive. They kept checking that I had what I needed, which made the trip even better. I had a wonderful stay at BayGi Phu Quoc Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island. I’d come back next time I’m in Phu Quoc.

The atmosphere is beautiful, and the food is tasty, with a wide choice of cheeses and meats that pair well with the wine. The wine list is outstanding and very reasonably priced. Definitely a business worth visiting for a glass of wine and something from its delectable menu.
