The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. I really can't thank them enough. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was great. The bike rental from flora hotel was very affordable. Thank you, everyone, for a perfect stay!

Rickey provided two helmets and the scooter charger, and even came to my hotel to charge the electric scooter while I was at Vinsafari. He can also provide tickets. For two nights at pullman resort, renting from him was the best decision I made in phu qouc. I only had to give a copy of my passport, not leave the passport itself. I also rode the scooter to the cable car, where he connected me with a friend who had a shop and helped me charge it. If you want good service, talk to rickey. He'll always help you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The staff were so kind, and they took care of every request. I haven’t met people this nice before! The location is near a walking street with seafood, but it wasn't loud. The market is across the road, with a few Vietnamese food restaurants nearby. King Kong is a 7-minute walk, and the sea is 12 minutes away.

The best part of our trip was the Food Tour with Moto Nomad. The team picked us up at Flora Resort, gave us a quick safety briefing, then took us into local neighborhoods to try fresh seafood and local snacks we wouldn't have found on our own. Riding through the evening streets on the back of the bikes made it feel like a real adventure. The peaceful resort and the lively food tour made a great combination for our vacation. If you're staying at Flora Resort and want to taste Phu Quoc, definitely book it. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, with spacious, clean rooms, a pool that was great for relaxing after exploring, and friendly, attentive staff who made us feel welcome on arrival. It was also easy to get out and enjoy the island's more lively side.

Having a mini mart across from the hotel made it easy to exchange currency and get groceries, and there was a good night market for shopping. But the staff weren't good and seemed to try to charge for everything. Our room wasn't cleaned daily, and when we asked, we were told the policy was cleaning every 04 days. There were too many mosquitos. Staff entered the room with the master key without telling us, to change the water and coffee, so take care of your valuables.
