The service from staff was shocking, and I booked an “executive” room. I can only imagine what the standard rooms are like. This is easily one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Please, for the love of God, don’t book here. The place needs to be shut down.

The private beach was something we did enjoy, but I’d only suggest this resort if you’re looking for a cheap stay and aren’t concerned about the accommodation. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. The room smelled bad, the washroom was rusty, and there were lots of mosquitoes and lizards inside. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and wouldn’t help carry our suitcases when we asked. The roads nearby are narrow, so Grab gets stuck when called. One of the worst resorts we’ve stayed at.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s old, poorly maintained, and has lots of lizards and mosquitoes. They also don’t issue an official payment receipt for guests who need to claim the stay.

The location is really good and the staff are genuinely humble. I stayed for two nights, though the resort is quite old and needs repairs and renovation.

We had a great time at Arcadia Resort. The beach view and peaceful surroundings were lovely, and the neighbours were excellent. Service was great, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. For a 3-star place, the experience earned five stars from me. I definitely plan to come back with my family in the near future.
