The beds were hard, and the black garbage river just a meter away smelled bad every day. Laundry service was good. There’s a small kitchen outside for guests to use, and motorbike rental costs 150k per day.

There was mold all over the room and bathrooms, stains on the sheets, and spiderwebs, spiders, and ants everywhere. I even saw a cockroach. The place was dirty, service was bad, and I can’t believe it’s called a 3-star hotel. It felt more like a 0-star motel. When we said we wanted to check out early because of how bad everything was, the manager blamed us for not telling them ahead of time and made us pay 50% of the original price for one day. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re fine living in dirt. Otherwise, go somewhere else. There are much better hotels. I’d look near the night market, or, if you want an affordable place, try to find a newly built hotel since those are clean for the most part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. For your sake.

My family booked seven rooms for about 30 people for three nights, but we only stayed one. There were stains on the sheets, mold on the walls, and ants crawling around the rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were really horrible, and the bathroom was awful. We went to reception, where someone kept trying to get us to stay by offering to change the rooms, even though all seven had problems. The night market wasn’t as close as we expected, so we all took a taxi. The beach was unpleasant, with trash everywhere. When we decided to leave early, the receptionist tried to charge us for an extra night, which was very unreasonable. Do I recommend this place? NO, I DON’T. It was gross, horrible, and ratchet!

The front desk staff were fine, but the woman working in the kitchen was curt and unfriendly when my husband and I asked what it would cost to have seafood cooked, something we understood to be common at hotels in Phu Quoc. The bathroom was the bigger problem: it smelled strongly as soon as we entered, and there was mold, staining, and insects. I was disgusted. The room itself was okay, but this stay was a bad experience and I won't return. Think carefully before booking.
