The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable, but several basics were lacking. Our room phone didn't work, so we had to go downstairs to speak with reception, and there was an odor in the toilet. Service felt poor because the hotel seemed understaffed. Breakfast was limited, particularly for vegetarians. They also charge for a replacement towel if yours has even a small stain, and you need to report any missing item in advance or they may charge you for it.

The reception staff were polite and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean during our five-night stay. A supermarket is within walking distance, and scooters are available at the hotel for 200,000 VND a day. Breakfast got repetitive, though, and our bath towel was changed just once over the five nights. Also, the property photos show a swimming pool, but there isn't one, which felt misleading.
10/10
Breakfast was tasty and things were well organized, and I found the room clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the whole place felt relaxing. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it.
10/10
The location is handy, with shops and cafes close by, yet the place stays quiet and feels safe. We loved the mountain views from the balconies, and the sports area on the terrace came in useful. There's also a free pool about a 200-meter walk away, and it was almost always empty. The beach takes around five minutes to reach on foot. Inside, the rooms felt fresh, the mattresses were soft, the shared kitchen was very large, and breakfast was good. The staff were super friendly, 100 out of 100.

It's in a nice, peaceful spot with a night market in the neighborhood. The staff were really friendly and quick to answer questions. I'll definitely come back.
