For $12, I don't think other places can beat the price. It's right in central Lang Chay Ham Ninh, and we'd stay here again.

8/10
The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, and the staff are very friendly. The drawback is how remote the place is. You'll need a scooter since there are only a few restaurants close by. There's no beach nearby, the sidewalks are almost empty at night, and the restaurants cost relatively more because the area is so isolated.
