The price matches the quality completely. The hotel is wonderful, especially its beautifully kept garden. The staff did everything they could to help us, and Dung deserves a special mention. We lost our bike key in the middle of the night, and he came to our rescue. A real superhero! We’d love to return and will recommend the place to our friends. Keep up the good work!

The rooms were amazing, with all the amenities, and the resort itself was beautiful. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is the main drawback: it’s quite far from the main road, with nothing nearby in case of an emergency. I wouldn’t recommend it to women travelling alone or families with small children, and it felt expensive given where it is.

Mr. Dung was especially kind and helpful, pointing us to good places on the island and checking that we had what we needed. We felt looked after throughout our stay. The room was clean, and the property is kept in great shape. It’s a beautiful hotel with good value for money, and we’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms are beautiful, and the hotel itself has real potential, but the service needs work, especially given how far out it is. It left us feeling isolated on an island as lovely as Phu Quoc. Getting around was frustrating. There weren’t enough mopeds for the guests, and the one they arranged from another company was broken, so I returned it and got a refund. They advertise taxi rides at Grab prices, but the fare was more than twice as much. From this remote spot, getting a Grab wasn’t possible anyway. Food options were limited too. Breakfast was only Asian, and I’d have appreciated even a small Western selection. The coffee arrived premade and cold, so I had to ask for a fresh one. The main menu was short, and some listed items weren’t available. Prices were around double what you’d generally pay in Vietnam for mediocre food. Our beers weren’t chilled either. They offered a glass of ice, but beer with ice doesn’t work for me. The gym is just a shop-bought multigym with very few weights. There’s a lot that could be improved here.
