Eco Nest Cozy Apartment & Hotel

Minh and Hieu are the best, and the people at Eco Nest Apartment have come to feel like family. They’re all so lovely, friendly, and helpful. This has been one of the best trips of my life, especially because of the people working here. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I come back.

There wasn’t even running water in the bathroom, let alone drinking water, and the place felt extremely unhygienic. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and its glass front offered no privacy. Maybe that works for a couple, but if you’re staying with someone you want privacy from, one of you has to leave the room. I’d booked two nights. After seeing the conditions, I wanted to cancel the second night, but staff said they wouldn’t refund me. When I said I’d contact the police, the response was that I could do whatever I wanted. It’s a miserable place to stay. Don’t try to save a little money here when there are better options. I’m posting this to warn people who might otherwise waste their holiday and money.

I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, and it was great value for money. The staff were lovely and everything is walkable. The downside was the noise, since it’s very close to the train tracks.

The location was good, and the staff were very nice, but my stay was a poor experience. The address on Agoda was wrong, so I had to take a taxi twice. They said they’d only received my reservation when I arrived, and the rooms I’d booked had already been given away. I’d reserved two balcony rooms but got very basic rooms without balconies instead. The promised 15% discount wasn’t applied either. One room had no towels or toilet paper, and the windows were tiny or nearly nonexistent, facing the inner courtyard. At around €20 per person per room, this felt overpriced for the quality.
